I can't believe all the rain California has been getting! I welcome the rain, but as I watch the news, I have noticed there are a lot of Californians who do not like it! Funny how that is when California is such a "green" state.
We actually live right by a cannal and the last rain storm we had, I remember specifically telling Pat, "What if the cannal fills up?" His response was, "It won't!" The cannal never filled up to where it overflowed, but I kid you not, it was about 3-4 feet from the top! This was the storm that actually left us without power for about 13 hours. It was sort of fun lighting candles and walking around the house with flashlights. Arianna asks when we will be "in the dark" again. I hope not any time soon!

I wish that was our story! Not only do I like an adventure and the rain, but our world is snow, snow and more snow! I am not a big fan of snow so I am really excited for spring time to come! Glad you have a blog!
Those kinds of storms used to happen a lot when I was younger, not so much anymore, but they were fun, especially if you have candles and flash lights.

We seem to have gotten extra snow, you have gotten extra rain. Why is it then that we are not as green in our area? I'm glad Ari likes the flashlights. We'll pretend we have an outage on her next visit.
