We went to the beach a few weeks ago and got rain. I made Pat take some pictures because it was so cool looking. Just looking up at the stormy clouds truly made me ponder just how small I was compared to nature and God's creations! It is truly mesmerizing!!

The ocean is always awe inspiring to me, and I have a healthy fear of it since I am not a great swimmer. I love to watch storms from a "safe" place. It looks so beautiful and terrifying all at the same time. I am sure it was just a typical rain storm on the beach, but it doesn't take much to get me all scared!
I can not WAIT to go to the beach -hopefully it won't rain on us! Are you still going to the track? I miss it, I v'e been a lazy bum here in Utah!

I have spent the past week looking at Western Skies in Montana and Paradise skies in Kauai. We have some incredible creations!!!
I love the unique smell of a fresh rain on tired, dry plants.
Angela...I'm a dork, so I went to rio del mar, and must have parked in the wrong place, I couldn't find anyone from the ward. I will have to call you to find out where you will be!! Great lesson today!
Hey Ang! I will be back to SF on Tuesday. Thanks for offering to help unpack and stuff but if I don' have that to do I will go crazy with boredom. I would love to see you soon too! Maybe in a week or two after I feel a little settled in, we can go to lunch or something!
I was hoping to make it to the track but we got a really late start. Did people come? Taylor is supposed to stay out of the sun so I think I'll wait a week on the beach. kind of bummed!
