Daylight Savings Time

I HATE this time change. For the past week or so I go to bed late and then I have to wake up at my regular time (which is really an hour earlier). I don't sleep as well either. Does anyone have suggestions on what helps you sleep better?

Do your kids at least sleep in for you? I hate the other change worse. Try going to bed 15 minutes earlier every night for a week.

This probably doesn't really work, but my new favorite thing is herbal tea. I love to sit and read a book while I sip my tea and it is so relaxing. Probably if I just sat and relaxed without the tea it would do the same thing, but I'm enjoying it. I got a kind called "Sleepytime," and it has spearmint and chamomile. I look forward to it as soon as I get the kids in bed and then it gets me in the mood to go to bed instead of trying get my stuff done.

MOve to Japan and then youdont have to worry about it... I know its extreem but there were days were I would have moved arazona just so I wouldnot have to deal with it.
