Well, I have yet to get my membership. In my defense, I have to go with Pat since his work gives Pat a free membership and I only have to pay 22 a month. BUT, I am exercising at least 3 times a week.
I also decided to try to up my energy level by going to bed by 10:30...so far so good...but for some reason I feel more tired? I think my body is still used to getting up with an infant and isn't used to getting 6-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep! I wish I could say 7-8 hours of sleep, but Kayla has made her point: she's a 5:00 am riser! I used to complain when Arianna would wake up at 6:00. I've learned my lesson to be happy with what you get because sometimes it's better than what could be...

5am!?!? Ouch! And you wonder why you are tired?
Great job on your goal! I could not survive if my kids got up at 5am. I think I would sell them...;)
