I have found that I really LOVE to read...
Almost more than socializing sometimes...(not sure if this is a good thing)
I don't know why I didn't read more as a child/teenager...
Any suggestions for a good book? I have a book I am reading right now, but when that's done, I'll need a new one!

I really enjoyed the 'great and terrible' series by chris stewart.
Genre? I just finished a couple of great history non-fictions, No Ordinary Time and Team of Rivals, both by Doris Kearns Goodwin. No Ordinary Time is about FDR's life mostly during his last two administrations during WWII. Team of Rivals is about Lincoln and his rivals and how his cabinet came about. Both great books that move quickly, at times a little too quickly as I would have liked to know a little more on some subjects but isn't that what a sequel is for? Murder mysteries James Patterson is a good read. And, friend Maren and a few others of us on Goodreads.com. Happy Reading!
These are easy reads (young adult), but fun. Morning Girl by Michael Dorris, The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster, The Seer and the Sword (+ more in the series) by Victoria Hanley, Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins if you haven't read those already, Mysterious Benedict Society series by Trenton Lee Stewart, First Light by Rebecca Stead.
If you don't like young adult books I may not be able to help you. ;-)
